Iowa High School Baseball - Webster City can't hold off Humboldt
June 23, 2023: Humboldt, IA 50548 In Friday's non-league game, the host Humboldt Wildcats baseball team scored a tight 4-3 victory over the Webster City Lynx.
The Wildcats (11-3) will now prepare for their game against Clarion-Goldfield (Clarion, IA). The Cowboys go into the non-league game with a 0-1 record.
The Lynx (7-11) will now prepare for their game against Clear Lake (Clear Lake, IA). The Lions go into the non-league game with a 6-8 record. In their last game, Clear Lake tipped Clarion-Goldfield/DOWS (Clarion, IA), 12-6, in a non-league game.
