June 24, 2025: Grundy Center, IA 50638 Grundy Center Spartans (Grundy Center, IA) supporters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Hudson Pirates (Hudson, IA), 4-3 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Grundy Center improves its record to 17-6 on the year. The Spartans host Denver (Denver, IA) to play the Cyclones in a non-league game on Wednesday, June 25. The Cyclones enter the game with a record of 7-10.
