Iowa High School Baseball - Highland loses to Sigourney
June 27, 2023: Riverside, IA 52327 In Tuesday's non-league game, the visiting Sigourney Savages baseball team scored a nice 10-1 victory over the Highland Huskies.
The Savages (16-6) will now prepare for their game against Central City (Central City, IA). The Wildcats go into the non-league game with a 5-17 record. In their last game, Central City was overwhelmed by Wapsie Valley (Fairbank, IA), 11-1, in a non-league game.
The Huskies (11-10) will now prepare for their game against B-G-M (Brooklyn, IA). The Bears go into the non-league game with a 9-10 record. In their last game, B-G-M ran past Lone Tree (Lone Tree, IA), 13-10, in a non-league game.
