June 5, 2025: Creston, IA 50801 The Creston Panthers (Creston, IA) baseball got by the visiting Glenwood Rams (Glenwood, IA), 4-3 in Thursday's league challenge.
The Panthers now own a 6-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Denison-Schleswig for a Hawkeye 10 challenge on Monday, June 9. Creston will play a Monarchs team coming off a 5-4 non-league loss to Sergeant Bluff-Luton (Sergeant Bluff, IA). The Monarchs record now stands at 7-3.
With the defeat, Glenwood drops to 1-6 on the year. The Rams host Algona (Algona, IA) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Saturday, June 7. The Bulldogs go into the test with a record of 10-1. Algona won 17-5 in their recent non-league test against Eagle Grove (Eagle Grove, IA)
