Iowa High School Softball - Collins-Maxwell bounces East Sac County
June 7, 2024: Maxwell, IA Collins-Maxwell (Maxwell, IA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting East Sac County Raiders (Lake View, IA), 12-0 in a non-league challenge.
The now own a 9-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to BCLUW for a non-league challenge on Friday, June 7. Collins-Maxwell will battle a Comets squad coming off a 7-5 league loss to Collins-Maxwell (Maxwell, IA). The Comets record now stands at 6-4.
With the loss, East Sac County falls to 4-4 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Storm Lake St. Mary (Storm Lake, IA) to battle the Panthers in a Twin Lakes challenge on Friday, June 7. The Panthers enter the challenge with a record of 0-2. Storm Lake St. Mary lost 16-2 in their recent league challenge against East Sac County (Lake View, IA)
