Iowa High School Baseball - Glenwood defeats Lewis Central
July 1, 2024: Council Bluffs, IA 51503 The Glenwood Rams baseball team scored 8 runs and held the host Lewis Central Titans to 2 in the Rams non-league win on Monday.
The Rams now own a 17-7 record. They take the field next when they host Treynor for a non-league test on Tuesday, July 2. Glenwood will play a Cardinals team coming off a 16-0 league win over Riverside (Oakland, IA). The Cardinals record now stands at 16-7.
With the defeat, Lewis Central drops to 16-13 on the year. The Titans travel to Kuemper (Carroll, IA) to play the Knights in a Hawkeye 10 test on Tuesday, July 2. The Knights go into the test with a record of 13-15. Kuemper won 5-4 in their recent non-league test against Carroll (Carroll, IA)
