July 12, 2024: Boone, IA 50036 The crowd at Friday's non-league battle between the Boone Toreadors (Boone, IA) and the visiting Humboldt Wildcats (Humboldt, IA), saw Boone's baseball team beat Humboldt by a margin of 9-0.
The Toreadors (20-14) will now prepare for their battle against Algona (Algona, IA). The Bulldogs enter the non-league battle with a 26-7 record. In their last battle, Algona defeated Webster City (Webster City, IA), 10-5, in a league battle.
