July 5, 2023: Osage, IA 50461 In Wednesday's non-league contest, the South Winneshiek Warriors (Calmar, IA) softball team held off the host Osage Green Devils (Osage, IA), by a margin of 8-7.
With the triumph, South Winneshiek moves its record to 20-14 on the year. The Warriors host Wapsie Valley (Fairbank, IA) to play the Warriors in a non-league contest on Friday, July 7. The Warriors come into the contest with a record of 22-7. Wapsie Valley won 14-4 in their recent non-league contest against Denver (Denver, IA)
