July 5, 2024: Tiffin, IA 52340 In Friday's non-league test, the Prairie Hawks (Cedar Rapids, IA) softball squad overwhelmed the host Clear Creek-Amana Clippers (Tiffin, IA), by a tally of 6-0.
Next, the Hawks clash with the Williamsburg Raiders (Williamsburg, IA) in a non-league test, on Monday, July 8. Prairie will attempt to advance on its 12-9 season record. The Raiders go into the test with a 26-12 record after their 9-8 non-league loss to Muscatine (Muscatine, IA).
The Clippers (24-12) will now prepare for their test against Ottumwa (Ottumwa, IA). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 10-22 record. In their last test, Ottumwa held off Fairfield (Fairfield, IA), 3-2, in a non-league test.
