Iowa High School Softball - Ogden edges Des Moines Christian
July 7, 2025: Des Moines, IA 50323 The Ogden Bulldogs softball team scored 7 runs and held the host Des Moines Christian Lions to 5 in the Bulldogs league win on Monday.
The Bulldogs now possess a 22-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Belmond-Klemme for a non-league battle on Wednesday, July 9. Ogden will confront a Broncos team coming off a 5-0 league loss to West Hancock (Britt, IA). The Broncos record now stands at 12-7.
With the loss, Des Moines Christian moves to 9-10 on the season. The Lions travel to Albia (Albia, IA) to confront the Blue Demons in a non-league battle on Tuesday, July 8. The Blue Demons come into the battle with a record of 25-3.
