Iowa High School Softball - Davis County bounces Mediapolis
July 8, 2024: Bloomfield, IA 52537 The Davis County Mustangs (Bloomfield, IA) softball routed the visiting Mediapolis Bulldogs (Mediapolis, IA), 11-0 in Monday's non-league outing.
The Mustangs now sport a 8-21 record. They put it on the line next when they host Williamsburg for a non-league outing on Thursday, July 11. Davis County will encounter a Raiders team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Prairie (Cedar Rapids, IA). The Raiders record now stands at 27-12.
With the loss, Mediapolis moves to 11-10 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to West Burlington (West Burlington, IA) to encounter the Falcons in a non-league outing on Thursday, July 11. The Falcons come into the outing with a record of 24-6.
