August 11, 2023: Miami, OK 74354 The Miami Wardogs (Miami, OK) softball nipped the visiting Mustang Broncos (Mustang, OK), 2-1 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Wardogs (6-1) will now prepare for their bout against Tahlequah (Tahlequah, OK). The Tigers go into the non-league bout with a 3-5 record. In their last bout, Tahlequah was edged by Coweta (Coweta, OK), 9-0, in a non-league bout.
The Broncos now possess a 5-3 record. They play next when they travel to Adair for a non-league bout on Friday, August 11. Mustang will confront a Warriors squad coming off a 15-0 league win over Chelsea (Chelsea, OK). The Warriors record now stands at 4-0.
