August 11, 2025: Cleveland, GA 30528 The crowd at Monday's non-league test between the White County Warriors (Cleveland, GA) and the visiting Franklin County Lions (Carnesville, GA), observed White County's softball squad hold off Franklin County by a tally of 17-10.
Next, the Warriors meet the Dawson County Tigers (Dawsonville, GA) in a 3A Region 6 test, on Tuesday, August 12. White County will attempt to advance on its 3-1 season record. The Tigers go into the test with a 4-1 record after their 11-3 non-league win over Johns Creek (Johns Creek, GA).
The Lions (1-3) will now prepare for their test against Rabun County (Tiger, GA). The Wildcats go into the non-league test with a 1-3 record. In their last test, Rabun County was routed by Union County (Blairsville, GA), 7-5, in a non-league test.
