August 12, 2023: Somerset, KY 42503 The crowd at Saturday's non-league test between the West Jessamine Colts (Nicholasville, KY) and the host Pulaski County Maroons (Somerset, KY), saw West Jessamine's soccer squad knock off Pulaski County by a margin of 2-0.
The Colts now sport a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Trinity Christian Academy for a District 46 test on Thursday, August 17. West Jessamine will meet a Titans squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Berea (Berea, KY). The Titans record now stands at 2-2.
With the loss, Pulaski County drops to 1-2 on the season. The Maroons travel to Somerset (Somerset, KY) to meet the Briar Jumpers in a District 47 test on Tuesday, August 15. The Briar Jumpers come into the test with a record of 3-0. Somerset won 11-1 in their recent league test against Casey County (Liberty, KY)
