In Saturday's non-league contest, the Fairfield Eagles (Fairfield, TX) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Wortham Bulldogs (Wortham, TX), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Eagles battle the West Trojans (West, TX) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, August 12. Fairfield will attempt to better on its 6-0 season record. The Trojans go into the contest with a 3-2 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Mexia (Mexia, TX).
