August 12, 2025: Bardstown, KY 40004 Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Trinity Shamrocks (Louisville, KY) and the host Bethlehem Eagles/Banshees (Bardstown, KY), saw Trinity's soccer squad knock off Bethlehem by a count of 4-1.
The Shamrocks (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against Covington Catholic (Park Hills, KY). The Colonels enter the non-league battle with a 1-0 record. In their last battle, Covington Catholic nipped South Oldham (Crestwood, KY), 3-0, in a non-league match.
The Eagles/Banshees now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Ohio County for a non-league match on Saturday, August 16. Bethlehem will meet a Eagles team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Glasgow (Glasgow, KY). The Eagles record now stands at 1-1.
