In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host Parkview Panthers volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Peachtree Ridge Lions.

The Panthers (3-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Grayson (Loganville, GA). The Rams come into the non-league challenge with a 5-1 record. In their last test, Grayson nudged Oconee County (Watkinsville, GA), 2-0, in a non-league test.

The Lions now sport a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Shiloh for a non-league test on Thursday, August 14. Peachtree Ridge will face a Generals squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Discovery (Lawrenceville, GA). The Generals record now stands at 2-2.
