Mississippi High School Volleyball - Pearl River Central overwhelmed by Sacred Heart
August 13, 2024: Carriere, MS 39426 Sacred Heart Crusaders (Hattiesburg, MS) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Pearl River Central Blue Devils (Carriere, MS), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Sacred Heart improves its record to 1-1 on the season. The Crusaders host West Marion (Foxworth, MS) to face the Trojans in a non-league test on Thursday, August 15. The Trojans go into the test with a record of 2-2. West Marion won 3-2 in their recent non-league test against East Marion (Columbia, MS)
The Blue Devils now own a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Harrison Central for a non-league test on Thursday, August 15. Pearl River Central will face a Red Rebels squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Forrest County Agricultural (Brooklyn, MS). The Red Rebels record now stands at 6-2.
