August 13, 2025: Albany, GA 31701 The Monroe Golden Tornadoes softball team scored 1 runs and held the visiting Mitchell County Eagles to 0 in the Golden Tornadoes non-league win on Wednesday.
The Golden Tornadoes now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Calhoun County for a non-league challenge on Thursday, August 14.
The Eagles (0-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Spring Creek Charter Academy (Bainbridge, GA). The Stallions come into the non-league outing with a 0-0 record.
