North Carolina High School Volleyball - Polk County over Pisgah

August 14, 2023: Canton, NC 28716

In Monday's non-league contest, the Polk County Wolverines (Columbus, NC) volleyball squad were winner over the host Pisgah Bears (Canton, NC), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Wolverines battle the Crest Chargers (Shelby, NC) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, August 17. Polk County will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record. The Chargers go into the contest with a 1-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over R-S Central (Rutherfordton, NC).

With the loss, Pisgah moves to 0-1 on the year. The Bears travel to Swain County (Bryson City, NC) to battle the Maroon Devils in a non-league contest on Tuesday, August 15. The Maroon Devils go into the contest with a record of 0-0.
