Georgia High School Softball - East Coweta bounces Pike County
August 14, 2024: Zebulon, GA 30295 In Wednesday's non-league match, the visiting East Coweta Indians softball team scored a nice 9-0 victory over the Pike County Pirates.
The Indians (4-0) will now prepare for their match against Strong Rock Christian (Locust Grove, GA). The Patriots go into the non-league match with a 4-1 record. In their last match, Strong Rock Christian gained a win over Trinity Christian (Sharpsburg, GA), 5-3, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Pirates battle the Trinity Christian Lions (Sharpsburg, GA) in a non-league match, on Monday, August 19. Pike County will attempt to better on its 4-2 season record. The Lions go into the match with a 4-3 record after their 9-5 league win over Whitewater (Fayetteville, GA).
