August 14, 2025: Walnut Grove, GA 30052 Walnut Grove Warriors (Walnut Grove, GA) supporters left the game pleased Thursday as they saw their softball squad nudge the visiting Seckinger Jaguars (Buford, GA), 4-2 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Walnut Grove improves its record to 2-0 on the year. The Warriors host North Oconee (Bogart, GA) to play the Titans in a non-league game on Tuesday, August 19. The Titans enter the game with a record of 3-0. North Oconee won 10-7 in their recent league match against Madison County (Danielsville, GA)
In their next game, the Jaguars confront the Cherokee Bluff Bears (Flowery Branch, GA) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, August 20. Seckinger will attempt to better on its 3-1 season record.
