The Mount Pleasant Tigers edged the visiting Concord Spiders volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Thursday's non-league game.

Next up, the Tigers confront the Carson Cougars (China Grove, NC) in a non-league game, on Monday, August 18. Mount Pleasant will attempt to advance on its 1-2 season record. The Cougars come into the outing with a 2-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Central Davidson (Lexington, NC).
