Oklahoma High School Softball - Pocola bounces Vian
August 14, 2025: Pocola, OK 74902 The Pocola Indians softball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting Vian Wolverines to 2 in the Indians non-league win on Thursday.
The Indians now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lone Grove for a non-league outing on Friday, August 15. Pocola will encounter a Longhorns team coming off a 11-0 non-league win over Ada (Ada, OK). The Longhorns record now stands at 3-0.
The Wolverines (3-2) will now prepare for their test against Salina (Salina, OK). The Wildcats go into the non-league test with a 0-3 record. In their last test, Salina was routed by Sequoyah (Tahlequah, OK), 16-4, in a non-league test.
