Oklahoma High School Softball - Cameron tipped by Vian
September 4, 2025: Vian, OK 74962 Vian Wolverines (Vian, OK) fans went home satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their softball team tip the visiting Cameron Yellow Jackets (Cameron, OK), 8-6 in a non-league battle.
The Wolverines now possess a 7-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Westville for a 3A battle on Thursday, September 4. Vian will confront a Yellowjackets team coming off a 14-1 league win over Spiro (Spiro, OK). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 8-6.
The Yellow Jackets (13-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Whitesboro (Whitesboro, OK). The Bulldogs enter the non-league challenge with a 5-8 record. In their last challenge, Whitesboro by Asher (Asher, OK), 4-3, in a league challenge.
