Texas High School Volleyball - Brazosport can't get by Palacios
August 14, 2025: Palacios, TX 77465 Palacios Sharks (Palacios, TX) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting Brazosport Exporters (Freeport, TX), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Sharks (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Bloomington (Bloomington, TX). The Bobcats/Lady Cats come into the non-league outing with a 0-3 record. In their last outing, Bloomington was nudged by Rice Consolidated (Altair, TX), 2-0, in a non-league outing.
With the loss, Brazosport drops to 2-2 on the campaign. The Exporters travel to Angleton Christian (Angleton, TX) to face the Warriors in a non-league game on Thursday, August 14. The Warriors go into the game with a record of 0-1. Angleton Christian lost 3-0 in their recent non-league game against Van Vleck (Van Vleck, TX)
