In Thursday's non-league challenge, the host Cumby Trojans volleyball team scored a close 2-1 win over the Mt. Pleasant Tigers.

With the win, Cumby improves its record to 2-2 on the season. The Trojans host Paris (Paris, TX) to face the Wildcats in a non-league test on Friday, August 15. The Wildcats go into the test with a record of 1-1. Paris won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Rains (Emory, TX)
