The Poplarville Hornets topped the host Petal Panthers volleyball squad by a final score of 3-1 in Thursday's non-league game.

Next up, the Hornets confront the Hancock Hawks (Kiln, MS) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, August 19. Poplarville will attempt to advance on its 1-2 season record.
