The Poplarville Hornets volleyball team (Poplarville, MS), was tipped 2-1 in Saturday's non-league contest with the host Purvis Tornadoes (Purvis, MS)

The Tornadoes (27-5) will now prepare for their contest against George County (Lucedale, MS). The Rebels enter the non-league contest with a 21-9 record. In their last contest, George County got by Terry (Terry, MS), 3-0, in a league contest.
