The Thomas County Central Yellow Jackets tipped the host Tift County Blue Devils volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Thursday's non-league game.

Next up, the Yellow Jackets confront the Thomasville Bulldogs (Thomasville, GA) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, August 19. Thomas County Central will attempt to advance on its 7-2 season record. The Bulldogs enter the game with a 0-2 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Georgia Christian (Valdosta, GA).

With the loss, Tift County drops to 3-1 on the campaign. The Blue devils host Grace Christian Academy (Bainbridge, GA) to clash with the Cougars in a non-league bout on Monday, August 18.
