August 15, 2023: Andrews, NC 28901 Andrews Wildcats (Andrews, NC) supporters left the game in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Nantahala Hawks (Topton, NC), 3-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Wildcats battle the Highlands Highlanders (Highlands, NC) in a Little Smoky Mountain 1A match, on Thursday, August 17. Andrews will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record. The Highlanders come into the match with a 0-2 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Rosman (Rosman, NC).
With the loss, Nantahala drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Hawks travel to Robbinsville (Robbinsville, NC) to battle the Black Knights in a non-league match on Thursday, August 17. The Black Knights come into the match with a record of 1-1. Robbinsville won 3-2 in their recent non-league match against Asheville (Asheville, NC)
