The Shawnee Mission Christian Mustangs volleyball squad (Shawnee Mission, KS), dropped 3-1 in Friday's league battle with the host Whitefield Academy Lions (Kansas City, MO)

With the win, Whitefield Academy upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Lions travel to Cornerstone Family (Topeka, KS) to meet the Saints in a Midwest Christian test on Friday, September 5. The Saints go into the test with a record of 0-2.
