Kentucky High School Soccer - Butler County toppled by Allen County-Scottsville
August 16, 2025: Scottsville, KY 42164 Allen County-Scottsville Patriots (Scottsville, KY) backers exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team overwhelm the visiting Butler County Bears (Morgantown, KY), 13-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Allen County-Scottsville advances its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Patriots host Franklin-Simpson (Franklin, KY) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league test on Tuesday, August 19. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 2-0. Franklin-Simpson won 4-3 in their recent non-league test against Barren County (Glasgow, KY)
Next up, the Bears play the McLean County Cougars (Calhoun, KY) in a non-league outing, on Monday, August 18. Butler County will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Cougars go into the outing with a 1-0 record after their 6-0 non-league win over Union County (Morganfield, KY).
