Texas High School Volleyball - Calhoun over Harker Heights
August 16, 2025: Port Lavaca, TX 77979 Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Calhoun Sandcrabs (Port Lavaca, TX) and the visiting Harker Heights Knights (Harker Heights, TX), observed Calhoun's volleyball team top Harker Heights by a count of 2-0.
The Sandcrabs (3-3) will now prepare for their battle against Jones (Beeville, TX). The Trojans go into the non-league battle with a 7-1 record. In their last battle, Jones achieved victory over Yoakum (Yoakum, TX), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
The Knights now own a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cuero for a non-league battle on Saturday, August 16. Harker Heights will meet a Gobblers team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Santa Gertrudis Academy (Kingsville, TX). The Gobblers record now stands at 5-3.
