Fans at Saturday's non-league test between the Falls City Beavers (Falls City, TX) and the visiting Refugio Bobcats (Refugio, TX), saw Falls City's volleyball squad nudge Refugio by a score of 2-1.

With the win, Falls City improves its record to 4-3 on the season. The Beavers host Orange Grove (Orange Grove, TX) to encounter the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Saturday, August 16. The Bulldogs go into the test with a record of 3-0. Orange Grove won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against McMullen County (Tilden, TX)
