With the win, Chapel Hill improves its record to 2-7 on the season. The Bulldogs host Arp (Arp, TX) to encounter the Tigers in a non-league battle on Tuesday, August 20. The Tigers go into the battle with a record of 1-5.
The Roughriders now own a 1-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tyler for a non-league battle on Saturday, August 17. Center will encounter a Lions squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Fort Bend Travis (Richmond, TX). The Lions record now stands at 2-2.
