In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Ponder Lions volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Lake Dallas Falcons.

The Lions (5-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Saint Jo (Saint Jo, TX). The Panthers come into the non-league challenge with a 2-4 record. In their last challenge, Saint Jo beat Pilot Point (Pilot Point, TX), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Falcons play the Howe Bulldogs (Howe, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, August 17. Lake Dallas will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 3-0 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Tom Bean (Tom Bean, TX).
