In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Ponder Lions volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Van Alstyne Panthers.

The Lions (7-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Lake Dallas (Corinth, TX). The Falcons enter the non-league challenge with a 1-3 record. In their last challenge, Lake Dallas beat Whitesboro (Whitesboro, TX), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.
