The Franklin Cougars held off the host Reagan Rattlers volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Cougars now have a 14-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cornerstone Christian for a non-league test on Friday, August 19. Franklin will confront a Warriors team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Round Rock Westwood (Austin, TX). The Warriors record now stands at 15-1.

The Rattlers (9-5) will now prepare for their test against Dripping Springs (Dripping Springs, TX). The Tigers enter the non-league test with a 10-5 record. In their last test, Dripping Springs held off Arlington (Arlington, TX), 2-1, in a non-league test.
