August 18, 2023: Tulsa, OK 74105 The Edison Eagles volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting McAlester Buffaloes to 1 in the Eagles non-league victory on Friday.
The Eagles now have a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Glenpool for a non-league game on Saturday, August 19. Edison will meet a Warriors team coming off a 2-0 league win over Claremore (Claremore, OK). The Warriors record now stands at 8-2.
The Buffaloes (1-5) will now prepare for their game against Pryor (Pryor, OK). The Tigers enter the non-league game with a 2-6 record. In their last game, Pryor was nudged by Sapulpa (Sapulpa, OK), 2-0, in a non-league game.
