In Friday's non-league contest, the Keller Central Chargers (Keller, TX) volleyball squad were winner over the host Joshua Owls (Joshua, TX), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Chargers battle the Permian Panthers (Odessa, TX) in a non-league contest, on Friday, August 18. Keller Central will attempt to better on its 11-4 season record. The Panthers go into the contest with a 5-2 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Birdville (North Richland Hills, TX).
