Oklahoma High School Softball - Fort Gibson bounces Checotah
August 18, 2025: Checotah, OK 74426 The crowd at Monday's league bout between the Fort Gibson Tigers (Fort Gibson, OK) and the host Checotah Wildcats (Checotah, OK), observed Fort Gibson's softball team get by Checotah by a tally of 7-1.
The Tigers (3-2) will now prepare for their bout against Wagoner (Wagoner, OK). The Bulldogs go into the non-league bout with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Wagoner was routed by Glenpool (Glenpool, OK), 12-0, in a non-league contest.
The Wildcats now hold a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Sequoyah for a non-league contest on Thursday, August 21.
