North Carolina High School Volleyball - Carson over Mount Pleasant

August 18, 2025: China Grove, NC 28023

The Carson Cougars (China Grove, NC) volleyball knocked off the visiting Mount Pleasant Tigers (Mt. Pleasant, NC), 3-0 in Monday's non-league bout.

The Cougars now possess a 6-2 record. They play next when they travel to North Stanly for a non-league bout on Wednesday, August 20. Carson will clash with a Comets team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over East Rowan (Salisbury, NC). The Comets record now stands at 1-3.

With the loss, Mount Pleasant drops to 2-2 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to South Rowan (China Grove, NC) to clash with the Raiders in a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 19. The Raiders come into the bout with a record of 2-2. South Rowan won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against West Cabarrus (Concord, NC)
