Texas High School Volleyball - Brenham can't hold off Round Rock

In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Round Rock Dragons volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Brenham Cubs.

The Dragons (15-6) will now prepare for their battle against Langham Creek (Houston, TX). The Lobos come into the non-league battle with a 10-5 record. In their last battle, Langham Creek nudged Fort Bend Austin (Sugar Land, TX), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Cubs clash with the New Braunfels Unicorns (New Braunfels, TX) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, August 19. Brenham will attempt to advance on its 12-9 season record. The Unicorns come into the battle with a 12-6 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Leander (Leander, TX).
