Georgia High School Softball - Grayson bounces South Gwinnett
August 19, 2024: Loganville, GA 30052 The crowd at Monday's league bout between the Grayson Rams (Loganville, GA) and the visiting South Gwinnett Comets (Snellville, GA), observed Grayson's softball team notch a victory over South Gwinnett by a final score of 16-1.
The Rams (7-0) will now prepare for their bout against Rockdale County (Conyers, GA). The Bulldogs go into the 6A Region 4 bout with a 4-3 record. In their last bout, Rockdale County was routed by Newton (Covington, GA), 18-10, in a league bout.
In their next game, the Comets battle the Newton Rams (Covington, GA) in a 6A Region 4 bout, on Wednesday, August 21. South Gwinnett will attempt to better on its 2-4 season record. The Rams go into the bout with a 1-5 record after their 18-10 league win over Rockdale County (Conyers, GA).
