August 19, 2024: Ridgeland, SC 22936 John Paul II Golden Warrriors (Ridgeland, SC) followers left the game satisfied Monday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Veritas Academy Gryphon (Savannah, GA), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, John Paul II advances its record to 6-0 on the season. The Golden Warrriors travel to Hilton Head Prep (Hilton Head Island, SC) to face the Dolphins in a non-league test on Tuesday, August 20. The Dolphins go into the test with a record of 2-1. Hilton Head Prep won 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Veritas Academy (Savannah, GA)
The Gryphon now sport a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Memorial Day for a non-league test on Tuesday, August 20. Veritas Academy will face a Matadors squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Veritas Academy (Savannah, GA). The Matadors record now stands at 0-4.
