Florida High School Volleyball - Ferguson overwhelmed by Mater Lakes Academy

Mater Lakes Academy Bears (Miami, FL) boosters were pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host Ferguson Falcons (Miami, FL), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Bears (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Ransom Everglades (Miami, FL). The Raiders come into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Ransom Everglades lost by Divine Savior Academy (Doral, FL), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Falcons meet the Lourdes Academy (Miami, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, August 21. Ferguson will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record. The go into the test with a 1-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Downtown Doral (Doral, FL).
