August 19, 2025: Mendenhall, MS 39114 The Puckett Wolves volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Mendenhall Tigers to 0 in the Wolves non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Wolves now have a 3-1 record. They play next when they host Pelahatchie for a non-league outing on Thursday, August 21. Puckett will play a Chiefs team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to McLaurin (Florence, MS). The Chiefs record now stands at 0-4.
With the loss, Mendenhall drops to 2-4 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Jefferson Davis County (Bassfield, MS) to play the Jaguars in a non-league outing on Thursday, August 21.
