Mississippi High School Volleyball - Raleigh overwhelmed by Mize
August 19, 2025: Mize, MS 39116 Mize Bulldogs (Mize, MS) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Raleigh Lions (Raleigh, MS), 3-0 in a league test.
With the win, Mize improves its record to 4-2 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Richton (Richton, MS) to face the Rebels in a non-league test on Thursday, August 21. The Rebels go into the test with a record of 2-4. Richton lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Greene County (Leakesville, MS)
The Lions now own a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sebastopol for a non-league test on Thursday, August 21. Raleigh will face a Bobcats squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Clarkdale (Meridian, MS). The Bobcats record now stands at 3-8.
