The Splendora Wildcats volleyball team (Splendora, TX), was beaten 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league contest with the visiting Port Neches-Groves Indians (Port Neches, TX)

The Indians (9-9) will now prepare for their contest against Kelly Catholic (Beaumont, TX). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 5-4 record.

Next, the Wildcats encounter the College Station Cougars (College Station, TX) in a non-league battle, on Friday, August 22. Splendora will attempt to improve on its 2-7 season record. The Cougars go into the battle with a 6-4 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Fairfield (Fairfield, TX).
